Paving the way for European Sustainable Fashion
La Caserne will be Europe’s largest sustainable fashion accelerator space. This huge space will be for the benefit both of creatives who are based there, as well as the general public. This project outbid all other proposals for this unique space, which was the former Château-Landon barracks.
The 4000m² Parisian hub will be transformed to house a workspace and boutique, both dedicated to sustainable fashion design, innovation & development.
“La Caserne is situated in a renovated fire station in the heart of Paris, providing a place for brands to engage and invest in a more responsible fashion future. Open to the public, it is a major hub for culture, education & exchange – offering a unique setting for all Parisians to discover.”
The founders – from Impala, the French Industrial Group, and Le Consulat – aim to bring together a community of people who are passionate about sustainable fashion. This, they hope, will help to make Europe the leaders in sustainable fashion, and inform designers of their ability to impact the planet with their choices and processes.

We cannot WAIT to see what is in store for this place and how much of a positive impact they are able to have on the fashion industry.
